School in Toronto Helps
Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute, a high school in Toronto, recently gathered 15 working Pentium 3 and above computers as part of their campaign put together for their grade 12 Canadian and World Issues class. They have taken on the issue of technology (computer) aid in third world countries and have chosen the World Computer Exchange as their partner organization to help these computers reach those countries.
"We were searching for an organization that could help us with our class campaign when we came across the World Computer Exchange website. After reading through what the organization does, we agreed that this was the best choice. Some of the other organizations we located did not provide us with the information we were looking for but thankfully we found it here" said Amal Omar.
