Step 1

Step 2
Receive a Label and Tech Tags
After your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Tech Tag for each donated device.
Step 3
Package, Print and Ship
Protect your devices with packing material, box them, attach the shipping label, and drop them off at a UPS drop-off site or schedule pickup.
Step 4
Get Proof of Processing
Once your donation is received, you’ll get links to Digital Product Passports verifying it was received and processed.
